Rankings on Bidboard are calculated mathematically from verified transactions processed through our secure checkout. There are zero editorial algorithms, subjective curation, shadowbans, or artificially boosted listings.

• The highest aggregate verified dollar amount always occupies the #1 rank.
• Subsequent spots (#2 through #100) are ordered descending strictly by total spend.
• Tie-breaker rule: in the rare event of identical spend, the earlier verified timestamp holds precedence.

To secure the reigning #1 position on any active board, your submitted bid must exceed the current leader by a minimum of $1.00 USD.

For ranks #2 through #100, you can bid any amount equal to or greater than the platform minimum ($1.00) plus that rank slot threshold. Your listing will automatically slide into its mathematically earned spot.

If your link is already listed on an active board and gets overtaken by a competitor, you don't have to repurchase from scratch.

When you enter your existing URL in the bid stepper, Bidboard identifies your prior verified spend on that board and charges only the incremental difference (delta) to reach your desired new rank.

Bidboard operates four distinct leaderboard timeframes to give every product and budget a chance to shine:

Placements on Bidboard are instantaneous digital attention allocations. As such, all payments and bids are strictly non-refundable.

To maintain high trust for all visitors, every URL submitted to Bidboard must lead to an accessible, legitimate destination. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Malware, viruses, exploit payloads, or malicious scripts.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive lookalike domains.
• Adult, sexually explicit, or NSFW content.
• Unlicensed securities, fraudulent token presales, or "get-rich-quick" scams.
• Direct chat invites (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord) without a legitimate landing page.
• Hate speech, harassment, or illegal material under applicable law.

Any listing found violating these standards will be removed permanently without warning and without refund.

Outbound clicks to listed projects are routed through our secure redirect gate (/go/[id]) which records verified unique visits.

We employ cryptographic HMAC hashes with rolling salt to deduplicate bot traffic, crawlers, and rapid repeated refreshes, ensuring only authentic human interactions are reflected in the public counter.
