Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Advertiser") and Bidboard. By submitting a URL, purchasing an index placement, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you represent an organization or company, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity.

Bidboard operates a transparent, pay-to-rank public attention market. All listings displayed on leaderboards are paid commercial placements and do not represent editorial endorsements, certifications, or reviews by Bidboard.

Your bid amount reserves a mathematical ranking position based on relative spend compared to other participants. Bidboard does not guarantee any specific quantity of website traffic, outbound clicks, conversions, investor interest, or commercial sales.

All transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and processed securely through Whop or authorized merchant partners. We never access, store, or transmit your unencrypted credit card details.

When you place a bid:

• You authorize the immediate debit of the calculated amount from your designated payment method.
• For existing URLs on the active board, delta upgrade mechanics apply: you are billed only for the difference between previous verified spend and your new target bid.
• Your placement becomes publicly active on the leaderboard immediately upon payment confirmation.

Due to the immediate, public, and irrevocable nature of digital ranking positions, all purchases and bids on Bidboard are final, permanent, and strictly non-refundable.

Users warrant that all submitted URLs, logos, titles, and descriptions adhere to applicable international laws and industry safety standards. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Malicious software, spyware, keyloggers, or phishing landing pages.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-themed websites.
• Fraudulent investment schemes, pyramid schemes, or unverified token presales.
• Direct chat invite links (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord) without a dedicated web property.
• Hate speech, defamation, illegal goods, or unauthorized copyright infringement.

Bidboard reserves the unilateral right, without prior notice or liability, to remove, delist, or hide any submission that violates these Terms or threatens visitor security. Delisted violating entries forfeit all associated bid fees without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bidboard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business reputation, arising from or related to your use of the platform.
